Tuna, macaroni, cream of chicken soup, and fried onions are all you need for this super easy casserole!
3 cups of cooked macaroni
1 6 ounce can (or pack) of tuna, drained
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
1 1/2 cups of French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a 9x13 casserole dish, combine the cooked macaroni, tuna, and soup. Mix well, then top with cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Then, sprinkle with fried onions, and bake for another 5 minutes.
been making this for years - only i add a can of green peas so the kids get their veggie. they love it!

Do you add the one of water when you add the soup or just the soup for the TUNA CASSEROLE?
